Flor de Guadamur Cheese Tierno Blend 1lb

Flor de Guadamur (flower of Guadamur) cheese made from pasteurized cows, goats and sheeps milk. Tierno is specifically blended to achieve a more soft texture. It comes from Guadamur, a provence of Toledo in La Mancha. It is a cheese of firm texture and nutty flavor that pleases the palate. 

Remember to slice and let stand until room temperature. Serve with some cut dates, fig paste, grapes or any sweet berries. Add some crisps or toasted bread. Pair with a dry white, such as Verdejo or Alberino, or a red wine like Tempranillo.
