Queso Roncal

Roncal (Erronkariko gazta in Basque) is a hard, creamy sheep milk cheese. It is made in one of seven villages in the Valle de Roncal of Spain. Roncal enjoys PDO status. It's a true artisan cheese and has been made the same way for over 600 years! Many Spaniards consider Roncal the best cheese in Spain.
