Vino Sanz has been around since 1870, making it one of the oldest bodegas in Rueda. This family estate has been making Clásico with the oldest Verdejo and Viura vines in the DO., maintaining quality over the years with low-yield vines and expert craftsmanship.

Winemaking Notes: Hand picked from Vinos Sanz’s sun drenched estate plots in La Seca. Hand sorted and selected grapes and blended from the oldest Verdejo and Viura vines in Rueda.

Tasting Notes: Dry, aromatic and lively with a perfect alcohol-acid balance. Aromas and flavors of dried fruit, almonds, grass and wood along with bright citrus notes. Crisp fruit blended with a great balance of acidity. Long on the palate with lasting, big flavors that you will want to savor.

Pairing Suggestions: It is a perfect wine to accompany all kinds of dishes, based on fish, as well as seafood and shellfish rices.
