To the wine drinker, Trepat is special. And just like the grape Papet Del Mas is also special. With their badaBADOC wines they have focused all that is special in each grape. This Trepat has it all, fresh red berries, spice and a balanced subtly that goes with any dish.

The badabadoc or "clueless" sloth seems to just enjoy life and all it brings. Not a care goes into things outside of his control. Eating, drinking, sleeping and loving. Not an ounce of thought goes into the jungle around him and all the while with a seemingly permanent smile.

Varietals: 100% Trepat

Winemaking Notes: Organically farmed and manually harvested in small batches. Fermentation in stainless for 20 days and then aged in seasoned French oak for 7 months. Only 6,000 bottles are made each year.

Tasting Notes: Ruby color with violet rim. Intense aromas of white pepper and fresh berries with a background of nuts, balsamic and minerals. The palate begins with a fresh finesse and is open and elegant. Persistent fruit and mineral gives way to pepper on the lengthy finish.

Pairing Suggestions: Fish, chicken, pork, paella and roasted vegetables.
