Senorio de Guadamur cheese 1lb

Senorio de Guadamur cheese made from 100% pasteurized goats milk. It comes from Guadamur, a provence of Toledo in La Mancha. It is a cheese of firm texture and nutty flavor that pleases the palate. 

Remember to slice and let stand until room temperature. Serve with some cut dates, fig paste, grapes or any sweet berries. Add some crisps or toasted bread. Pair with a dry white, such as Verdejo or Alberino, or a red like Tempranillo.
